Juan Castellanos

Juan Castellanos is a Colombian tennis player who just completed a dual master�s program in Data Analytics and MBA at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO. This past season he served as the Graduate Assistant coach for the men's and women's tennis teams at Rockhurst which is a D2 school. Juan played his last season of college tennis during the 2022 - 2023 academic year for Rockhurst. Prior to attending Rockhurst, Juan played four years for Coastal Carolina University, a D1 school in Myrtle Beach, SC. He graduated from Coastal Carolina Summa Cum Laude in 2021 with a BSBA in Economics. Before his tennis college career, he was ranked #1 in his group age in Colombia in U12, U14, and U16 and represented the country in multiple junior events. He earned an ATP point in 2017 and was ranked as high as #302 in the ITF junior rankings. Juan is very excited to come back to Riverside Yacht Club to rejoin the team and share his experience.
