I understand, acknowledge and agree that my execution of this agreement is a condition precedent to my use of any of the Riverside Yacht Club, Inc. (“RYC”) Ideal 18s (including, without limitation, all activities relating thereto). In consideration of said use, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless and waive any and all claims against RYC, its directors, governors, officers, members and employees, arising from or related to my use of any RYC Ideal 18 to the fullest extent permitted by law. I understand and agree that I assume any and all risks, including personal injury, death and property damage, associated with my use of any of the Ideal 18s owned by RYC. I further agree that I am responsible for any damages to any RYC Ideal 18, or its equipment, resulting from my use of any RYC Ideal 18, to the extent that such damage is not covered by insurance or is subject to any insurance coverage deductible or self-insured retention. This document shall remain in force and effect until December 31, 2024, and shall apply to any use of an RYC Ideal 18 at any time on or after the date of its execution.
